1. Pricing and Payments:

1.1. Prices Subject to Change: All prices listed by Deprime Solutions LTD are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. We strive to provide accurate pricing; however, prices are not guaranteed and can fluctuate based on market conditions and availability.

1.2. Payment Options: We offer flexible payment options to accommodate everyone. Customers can pay through M-Pesa, bank transfers, or in cash. Note that payment-on-delivery is available only within Nairobi CBD and its immediate environs. For other areas, payment must be made before delivery.

1.3. Taxes and Duties: Prices stated do not include any sales, use, excise tax, or any other tax or duty. All such taxes, duties, or other charges shall be paid by the buyer unless an exemption certificate acceptable to the appropriate authorities is provided by the buyer.

2. Delivery:

2.1. Delivery Areas: Deprime Solutions LTD delivers to all towns in Kenya, including but not limited to Nairobi CBD, Nairobi West, Westlands, Naivasha, Molo, Mau Summit, Olkalou, Gilgil, Muranga, Sagana, Kerugoya, Mwea, Embu, Makutano, Karatina, Njoro, Maragua, Nyeri, Kericho, Kisumu, Nanyuki, Narumoru, Timau, Kitui, Namanga, Sultan Hamud, Emali, Makindu, Mtito Andei, Eldoret, Matunda, M-Bridge, Nakuru, Githunguri,

Delivery Process: Our delivery process ensures that your order reaches you in perfect condition. All products are thoroughly checked and securely packed before dispatch.

2.3. Payment Before Delivery: For areas outside Nairobi CBD and its immediate environs, payment must be made before delivery. We accept various payment methods to ensure convenience for our customers.

3. Warranties on Products:

3.1. AC Adapter Chargers: Our AC adapters are thoroughly tested before sale and come with a three-month warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and other issues that arise during normal use. If the charger malfunctions due to a defect in materials or workmanship and not due to misuse or accidental damage, you may be able to claim a warranty.

3.2. Electric Power Cables and Connectors: Electric power cables and connectors have no warranty. They are tested in the presence of the client to ensure quality. Deprime Solutions LTD guarantees the quality of these products, sourcing them from suppliers who meet high standards.

3.3. Laptop Keyboards: We offer a six-month warranty for keyboards for laptops, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, and desktop keyboards. This warranty does not cover issues caused by liquid spills, physical damage, or misuse.

3.4. CPU and GPU Cooling Fans: We provide OEM and original cooling fans with different warranty periods. Original fans come with a six-month warranty, while OEM fans have a three-month warranty. This warranty covers only power failures and does not include noise or physical damages.3.5. Screens: Screens come with a warranty that typically covers hardware defects or failures occurring within the warranty period. Accidental damage, such as a broken screen, is not covered. Screens sent as parcels are well-packed with photos and videos provided to clients during testing. However, shipping is at the owner’s risk.

3.6. Batteries: Battery health can be affected by prolonged periods at full charge, poor power supply, or a faulty laptop charging system. To extend battery life, keep your battery level between 40% and 80%. Our batteries for laptops and MacBook Air/Pro come with a six-month warranty. If a battery is faulty within 30 days, it will be replaced instantly. For faults between 30 days and six months, the issue will be investigated.

3.7. Casings, Hinges, Covers, and Connectors: These parts come with a three-month warranty. This warranty does not cover physical damages such as scratches, breaks, or power faults.

3.8. Laptops, TFT Monitors, and Desktops: Deprime Solutions LTD offers new and refurbished gadgets. New gadgets come with a one-year warranty that does not cover physical damage. Used and refurbished gadgets come with a six-month warranty that also does not cover physical damage. For clearer clarifications, please contact our salesperson.

4. Repairs:

4.1. Repair Guarantees: All repairs are guaranteed and done at the owner’s risk. A product warranty does not necessarily mean Deprime Solutions LTD will fix or replace it in all circumstances. Different warranties cover different parts or defects and may expire after a limited period. Please inquire about warranties before purchasing any product or service if you are unsure.

4.2. Owner’s Risk: Repairs are conducted at the owner’s risk. While we strive to ensure high-quality repair services, Deprime Solutions LTD is not liable for any potential damages that occur during the repair process.

5. General Terms:

5.1. Termination: Deprime Solutions LTD reserves the right to terminate any service or product offering at any time without prior notice. This termination may occur for any reason deemed necessary by the company, including but not limited to, product discontinuation, policy changes, or operational requirements.

7.2. Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability for any product sold or service provided, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service that is the subject of the claim.
